Most of the DVD video titles are presented in a step by step follow along format. All the CD music titles are designed to be used in a dance class and are without vocal instructions. Each piece of music usually starts with a clear four count introduction, holds a steady beat and contains an even number of phrases. Any lyrics are screened to make certain they are appropriate. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the costumer. All shipping charges will not be refunded. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Military Addresses and International addresses cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. Sound Equipment Shipping Policy All orders for sound equipment must be shipped to the billing address of the credit card that was used to purchase the equipment. This policy is mandated by the credit card companies to limit fraudulent use of credit cards. The type of credit card used for your purchase makes no difference in this policy. The shipment must also get a receiving signature on delivery. If the billing address you enter in your order does not match the billing address of the credit card you use, the order will be cancelled. If you enter a correct billing address but a different shipping address, we will ship to the correct billing address. The automatic email confirmation you will receive after placing your order will show only the information you entered at check out and not the change that we will make to the shipping address. There will be no notification of the cancellation of your order or the change to the shipping address. If you need to make different shipping arrangements, contact customer service at 1-800-793-6843. RETURN POLICY
We will gladly accept returns for any unopened, unused Jay Distributors product purchased from Jay Distributors directly or via our website DanceClassMusic.com and shipped to the 48 contiguous United States of America within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. The product must be in its original condition and must be unopened. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Military Addresses and International addresses cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. All shipping charges will not be refunded including the return shipping cost. Refunds will only be made when the product is received by us. Please note that prior authorization for returns is required. Any returned items that are sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Jay Distributors has sole discretion of return acceptance. If a check is returned to us by your bank for whatever reason, there will be a fee of $15.00 for further collection of the funds. Credit card
chargeback fee: $15.00
If a charge is disputed by the credit card holder, there will be a $15.00 chargeback fee. Our 800 number (800-793-6843) is printed on your credit card bill. Call that 800 number if you have any questions concerning a charge before contacting your credit card company. If you dispute the charge with your credit card company, a chargeback will occur which will result in a chargeback fee. Invoicing fee: $2.00
